Now I am looking to cash in on the Farm too, but I want a majority of the crops to be focused on me having to never worry about food for adventuring ever again. It seems to be the clickbox for it is too small or hidden below the “activate soil” option. If you crouch down by the planted soil and look at it so that it says “Activate”, then slowly look up. He doesn't have a combat class and his level cap is amongst the lowest available. Plus he managed a meadery IIRC so it makes sense to put him in a management position.
